Friday, May 6th, was a day of celebration for DLL Development, LLC as they welcomed to the groundbreaking ceremony, all the local professionals that will be instrumental in the completion of the M37 Round About Barns development.
There was 100% participation coupled with an outward display of respect for the two partners that had this vision and are making it a reality. Chris Washburn and Fred Allen have not only been colleagues during their professional careers, but the two of them have shared a significant friendship for more years than they care to count.
Chris, a native to Northern Michigan and a proud owner of residential property in Blair Township for over 31 years has a passion for this project that goes beyond investment property. His vision for this lifestyle development is personal and his attention to detail will undoubtedly make this a success that many will share for the years to come.
Fred has been a vacationer to Traverse City with his family for many years. Five years ago he became a resident, and now he and his family are enjoying the many blessings of Duck Lake and this great community. This duo truly has a desire to impact Blair Township with an upscale development, one that serves a purpose and brings beauty to the “Entrance to the North.”
Both Chris and Fred are effective and proactive leaders that motivate and instill confidence in others. Their impeccable reputation in the business world proceeds themselves and has carried through within the early days of the birth of M37 Round About Barns. They take great pride in the work they are doing, and they are enthusiastic to offer a unique ownership opportunity. Groundbreaking will take place in the first part of June 2022.
Between now and August you will see the Elmer’s crew turning this almost 7-acre parcel at the roundabout on Blair Townhall Rd into a paved, and beautifully landscaped association that will house 43 luxury storage barns. August is the month of foundations, then the building of the first 10 barns begins and is scheduled to be completed by October 2022.
